Christmas is one of my favorite holidays. Nejira and Cory are no different. They brought candy canes and christmas lights to add to their scene and we found the perfect field of Christmas lights. I can’t believe Christmas is already over.
John Wilson and Georgia have two of the cutest smiles despite it being cold and rainy. Even the dog was photogenic!
Lauren and Justin exchanged vows just this past weekend. Which made us
happy for two reasons. First, we got to witness one of the sweetest and
most beautiful ceremonies ever. Second, we get to post some of her bridals!
We spent a wonderful day in Tyler, TX this past fall shooting with
her. Lauren made the day so fun and easy that we didn’t want to stop
shooting. She was a gorgeous bride and we know she is going to make an
excellent wife. Congratulations Lauren and Justin!
Christine and Jake’s engagement session was at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens and TCU. It just happened to be the same day TCU won against Boise State 36-35. We were just wrapping up their session when the game ended. There was a roar on the campus and students began flooding out of their dorms screaming. It was definitely a session like none before or since!
Rachael Grace’s bridals were so beautiful I had to post them the moment I got home from her wedding. Rachael not only shares my name but also a love for trains. Rachael brought her Grandmother’s suit case and some other cool props to make her bridals memorable. She has that perfect almost smile that many of us envy.
Downtown Frisco was flooded with photographers taking family Christmas photos. There was a couple with 2 Dachshunds that were too adorable. The husband noticed us admiring his dogs and walked up and gave one to Nejira for her photos. He was quite a photogenic pup!
The way Suzy talks about Gabe you would think it was her boyfriend…but it is her dog. You can tell by her pictures that she LOVES her dog! Suzy also gives an amazing massage. to bad she moved far, far, away.
Jennie and Jhubin had a beautiful wedding at The Dallas Arboretum at sunset. One of my favorite photos was of Jhubin’s face when he saw Jennie. His jaw dropped! If you look closely at his groomsmen faces, they’re also in awe. Jennie had so much fun planning her wedding that she might start her own event planning business. Her wedding was so beautiful that we would definitely recommend her!

Grapevine Lake is one of my favorite locations for sunset photos. When my cousin wanted family photos, complete with a gorgeous sunset, I knew just the spot! The color of the sky was absolutely brilliant!
My favorite thing about weddings are the small details. From the flower girl throwing leaves to bridesmaids carrying lanterns, the wedding felt like fall! Chris and Rachael’s personality showed in every detail. They wanted to pray together before the wedding but didn’t want to see each other. We had the privilege of being able to photograph it!

September 17, 2010 a boy asked a girl to be his girlfriend. September 17, 2011 they are taking their engagement photos. Meet Chris and Rachael! So much can happen in a year. Books and bowling are two of their favorite passions. Enjoy their engagements. Wedding is in one week!
The hardest part about bridals is you have to wait 2 months to post them! I do love when brides get their photos and they didn’t realize how beautiful they were. Jennie was glowing last night at her wedding, and we were so excited to be a part of their special day.
Kate and Ross are a couple that love to have fun and truly enjoy each other. They often spend their weekends at Grapevine lake and introduced us to this amazing location. Thanks for such a great session!
Lauren+Justin= love, laughs and smiles forever. These two were such a joy to spend the day with. They did anything and everything we asked, just because they got to be wrapped up in each other all day. Their future together starts on January 7th,2012, and from what we see here they’re going to have a life time of love and fun.
John, Justin, and Sydney…what an amazing family. They were very patient with my, “Oh wait…one more shot.” Downtown Frisco is one of my favorite locations especially at sunset! And to top it all off, there is nothing better than ending a photo shoot with Babes Chicken!
On Saturday, I had a great opportunity to teach two of my friends a little bit about photography. Luckily enough the light was more than perfect! Briana and Selena are two beautiful sisters that braved the cold and shared one coat between the two of them. We didn’t have to direct either of them how to pose because they were naturals! Amazing couple + Amazing location = Amazing pictures! Marty and Lindsay met at Apple, but at the time they were both dating someone else. It didn’t take long before fate took over and Marty and Lindsay were in love! They share a love for technology, and if Lindsay wins, a love for comic books. Check out their photos and keep an eye out for their wedding pictures come Easter.
Shannon and Mark have 6 weeks until their baby boy, “Liam” is brought into this world. Shannon was a trooper stomping around the park in heals and boots in order to get the perfect light. Mark joined us after work to get some shots together. We can’t wait to meet you baby Liam!
Anna Rowntree turned 3 last week and had an amazing party! Everyone is raving about Fancy Nancy, a new children’s book about a girl who teaches her parents how to be fancy. Anna’s parents transformed their game room into a fashion expo with a pink banner, stage, and runway. All of Anna’s friends came dressed in their best attire and made hats for the boys and crowns for the girls. Anna’s Dad and friend Scott put on a show for all the kids teaching them to be fancy and how to walk on the runway. They never broke out of their French accent. The party was concluded with cupcakes, the reading of Fancy Nancy, and a dance party. Anna was the talk of the school come Monday!
